Upon confirmation of space availability, we will send you an enrollment agreement to finalize your child's enrollment in our program.
Thirty (30) days written notice is required to release your space or make a reduction in your child's school day schedule. You are responsible for the tuition due from the start of thirty (30) day period.
Please note that 30-day notice will incur tuition charges even if the new school year has not yet started. For instance, if you terminate on June 1st, then you will be responsible for the full month of July tuition. Tuition paid past those 30 days will be refunded; however, the deposit remains non-refundable. Deposit is not forfeited for extended care reductions. Reductions need to be made by the 1st of the month.
Methods of Payment
Payment is to be made by check or by using our PayPal account. We do not accept credit cards. You may either mail a check to address below or set-up online. If you choose to pay using PayPal, click directly from the link on the invoice from FreshBooks. If you do not pay directly from the provided link on the invoice and payment is made from a PayPal link outside of FreshBooks, you will be responsible for all PayPal processing fees assessed to Mariposa Bilingual School. You may also use Billpay through your bank.
Checks are payable to Mariposa Bilingual School. Returned checks included those with incorrect payee information are subject to late fees. Checks can be mailed to:

No credit is given for holidays or absences, including illness.
Sign In and Out
The safety of your children is the most important responsibility we have. All children must be signed in and out daily with a full signature of the authorized adult. Please do not leave any phone messages concerning a change in your pick-up or drop-off procedure. A written note is required to be provided prior to pick-up or drop-off for anyone picking your child who is not on the authorized pick-up form. A photocopy of their ID must be given to us as well. This note may be handed directly to our teachers and you may also email us in advance, otherwise, we will not be able to release your child.
