Registration

We encourage all parents to visit our school before registering your child. To request a tour please click the link below. 

 

During the tour, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Meet the director, teachers, and staff

  • Walk through the facility

  • Learn more about our academic program, philosophy, and curriculum

  • Ask questions

Mariposa Bilingual School is now accepting applications for the school year. Please click on the button below to apply. We will contact you regarding your application within 1-3 business days. 

Enrollment

Upon confirmation of space availability, we will send you an enrollment agreement to finalize your child's enrollment in our program.

 

Termination

Thirty (30) days written notice is required to release your space or make a reduction in your child's school day schedule.  You are responsible for the tuition due from the start of the thirty (30) day period.

 

Please note that 30-day notice will incur tuition charges even if the new school year has not yet started.  For instance, if you terminate on June 1st, then you will be responsible for the full month of July tuition.  Tuition paid past those 30 days will be refunded;  however, the deposit remains non-refundable.  Deposit is not forfeited for extended care reductions.  Reductions need to be made by the 1st of the month.

 

Methods of Payment

Payment is to be made by check.  We do not accept credit cards.  You may either mail a check to the address below.

 

Checks are payable to Mariposa Bilingual School.  Returned checks including those with incorrect payee information are subject to late fees.  Checks can be mailed to:

No credit is given for holidays or absences, including illness.

Sign In and Out

The safety of your children is the most important responsibility we have.  All children must be signed in and out daily with the full signature of the authorized adult.  Please do not leave any phone messages concerning a change in your pick-up or drop-off procedure.  A written note is required to be provided prior to pick-up or drop-off for anyone picking up your child who is not on the authorized pick-up form.  A photocopy of their ID must be given to us as well.  This note may be handed directly to our teachers and you may also email us in advance, otherwise, we will not be able to release your child.
